SHERLANDA FAYE RECORDING & PUBLISHING LLC Waiver, Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk

 

I, on behalf of myself, my family, heirs, executors, and administrators, hereby voluntarily waive, release, and discharge any and all claims, actions, or causes of action for damages, injury, or loss that I or my family may incur as a result of participating in any activities, events, programs, or services provided by SHERLANDA FAYE RECORDING & PUBLISHING LLC (SFRPLLC), including but not limited to meditations, workshops, and community events.

 

This release includes all claims against SFRPLLC, its owners, officers, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively referred to as "Releasees"), whether arising from ordinary negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

I agree to comply with all SFRPLLC policies, procedures, and codes of conduct. I understand that failure to adhere to these guidelines, including exhibiting inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior toward staff or participants, may result in immediate termination of my participation without refund.
